521st Air Mobility Operations Wing Change of Command

U.S. Air Force Maj. Gen. William J. Bender gives Col. Randall Reed, command of the 521st Air Mobility Operations Wing during a change of command ceremony on Ramstein Air Base, Germany, July 30, 2012. Col. Reed is a command pilot with more that 3,300 flying hours. Before coming to Ramstein, he served as commander of the 379th Expeditionary Operations Group in Southwest Asia. The 521st AMOW provides en-route services: aircraft maintenance, aerial port and command and control, in Europe, southwest and central Asia and northern Africa.
