Deicing
Tech. Sgt. Phillip Sah, 721st Aircraft Maintenance Squadron expediter, follows the deicing truck to ensure it is stable during the deicing process on Ramstein Air Base, Germany, Feb. 25, 2013. Aircraft deicing is a process in which liquid solutions are sprayed onto an aircraft during the winter's brutal chill to both defrost and prevent future precipitation from freezing upon accumulation.
