Air Force Junior Reserve Officers’ Training Corps cadets work together to get a teammate over an obstacle at a military confidence course June 26, 2013, Grafenwoehr, Germany. Sixty-six high school students from around Europe attended the Air Force Junior Reserve Officers’ Training Corps summer program June 23-29. According to its website, the JROTC objectives are to educate and train high school cadets in citizenship, promote community service, instill responsibility, character, and self-discipline, and provide instruction in air and space fundamentals.
