RAMSTEIN AIR BASE, Germany -- Col. Nancy Bozzer took command of the 521st Air Mobility Operations Wing during a ceremony here June 18. Maj. Gen Frederick "Rick" Martin, U.S. Air Force Expeditionary Center commander officiated the ceremony where Col. Randall Reed relinquished command to Col. Nancy Bozzer. Before coming to Ramstein, Bozzer was the commander of the 100th Operations Group and the 401st Air Expeditionary Group at RAF Mildenhall, England.
