Kisling Drive to be repaved Published June 25, 2014 By 86th Airlift Wing Public Affairs RAMSTEIN AIR BASE, Germany -- Kisling Drive to be repaved 86th Airlift Wing Public Affairs From July 14 through Aug. 15, 2014, the 86th Civil Engineer Group will repave the main road through Ramstein Air Base, Kisling Memorial Drive, in three phases. During each phase of the construction, the road will be closed to thru traffic. However, acess will still be maintained through detour or "Umleitung" signs. Phase one is scheduled to begin July 14 with half of the road between the NATO circle and Lincoln Drive and end on July 27. Phase two will complete the other half of the road and is scheduled for July 28 through Aug. 6. Phase three is scheduled to begin Aug. 7 and will start from the Lincoln Circle and end just after the last commissary exit on Kisling Drive.
