Scheduled Fuel Ration Card System Outage Published Feb. 24, 2010 By Office of the Chief of Public Affairs HQ, AAFES EUROPE MAINZ-KASTEL, Germany -- The Army & Air Force Exchange Service (AAFES) will have a scheduled system outage that will affect the ESSO Fuel Ration Card System on Wednesday, February 24, beginning at 4:00 a.m. and ending at 4:30 a.m. (all times are Central Eurpean Time). Between these hours customers in Germany will not be able to purchase fuel on post or use their fuel ration card at local ESSO stations and AAFES will not be able to issue new fuel ration cards. ESSO Ration Cards will be back online beginning Wednesday, February 24 at 4:31 a.m. We apologize for any frustration and inconvenience the scheduled fuel ration card system outage causes our customers.
