New off-limits listing for KMC personnel Published Nov. 9, 2011 By Public Affairs 86th Airlift Wing RAMSTEIN Air Base, Germany -- The Armed Forces Disciplinary Control Board released a new list of prohibited establishments for U.S. Forces personnel. One addition to the list is the Tuncay Altay (Black Sounds Club), located at Raiffeisenstrasse 19, Landstuhl. U.S. Forces military members who violate this prohibition are subject to punishment under the Uniform Code of Military Justice. Civilians are cautioned these establishments have been declared off-limits to members of the Armed Forces because the commander has determined it threatens the health, safety, morale or welfare of service members.
