RAMSTEIN AIR BASE, Germany --  KMC and Ramstein Villiage neighbors enjoyed the annual celebration of Fasching parade, Ramstein Village, Germany, Feb. 21, 2012. This annual event is a pre-Lenten carnival, which is celebrated with the donning of wild and fancy costumes to chase away the evil spirits of winter in preparation for spring.
