RAMSTEIN AIR BASE, Germany --  86th Operation Support Squadron aircrew flight technicians, installs locking loops to rip chords of an emergency aircraft parachute,  March 5, 2012.  An emergency aircraft parachute helps decrease the speed during landing.

The 86th OSS provides airfield operation management, air traffic control, weather services, intelligence support, combat tactics development and training, mission development, aircrew management and life support.
