RAMSTEIN AIR BASE, Germany --  Students from Ramstein schools participated in the Kaiserslautern Military Community Job Shadow Day event held on Ramstein Air Base, Germany, April 27, 2012.

KMC's Job Shadow Day is an annual event in which school-aged children have the opportunity to shadow their sponsor or workplace mentor, completing a half-day on the job. This opportunity introduced the children to the working community and gave them a hands on experience.

Sponsors and workplace mentors were but not limited to: 86th Operation Support Squadron, 86th Vehicle Readiness Squadron, 86th Medical Group/Contingency Aeromedical Staging Facility, 86th Communications Squadron, 786th Civil Engineering Squadron and 700 Contracting Squadron.
