General Purpose Light shop makes it 'so others may roll'

RAMSTEIN AIR BASE, Germany -- The 86th Vehicle Readiness Squadron's General Purpose Light Shop on Ramstein Air Base, Germany, provides premier full-service vehicle maintenance support to host, tenant and associate units across Europe and Africa.

Helping make up the only squadron of its kind in the United States Air Force, the 43 members of the GP Light Shop maintain a diverse fleet of first responder, distinguished visitor and general purpose type vehicles from around the Kaiserslautern Military Community. GP Light truly embodies the 86th VRS motto, "So others may roll".
