The Combined Federal Campaign Overseas is scheduled to kick off the 58th annual donation campaign Oct. 15, 2018.

The CFC is a federal workplace program that connects Department of Defense personnel serving overseas with eligible non-profit organizations that provide health and human service benefits across the United States.

The CFC donates acquired funds to thousands of charities within the U.S. and has currently raised approximately $8 billion since its nationwide implementation in 1971.

Only DOD employees, retirees and contractors are allowed to contribute to the CFC, during the Oct. 15 to Jan. 11 window.

CFC pledges will be able to donate online as well as in person using a pledge form, however no cash donations will be accepted.
