Ramstein Mudder

The Ramstein Mudder is scheduled for Thursday, May 24, 2018.

Teams will take off every two minutes from the grass field behind the Northside chapel starting at 7 a.m.

The Ramstein Mudder Ramstein Mudder is an annual community event that enhances and reinforces skills needed to build and sustain a thriving and resilient force. Structured upon the 4 domains of Comprehensive Airman Fitness (CAF), the event enables Airmen to demonstrate CAF tenants of perseverance, endurance, social support, team work, positive thinking and communication.

Teams are comprised of 5 co-ed members (all team members must sign up for the same time) who are encouraged to come up with a team theme (t-shirt design, prom dress, super hero costume, etc.) There will be 16+ obstacles that cover a 2.5 mile course starting at 7:00 a.m. at the grass field behind the Northside Chapel and circling back to the chapel for the finish. The course has assisted and unassisted wall climbs, low crawls, tire mounds, hay bale climbs, tire carry, etc.

The event is open to all Department of Defense personnel; active duty, Guard, Reserve, GS/NAF civilians and dependents 18 years of age or older. If you are not competing, you should be cheering!!!!!

Awards are presented to: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place, best costume, slowest place, and best team name.
