Aliou Faye, Senegal Air Force chief of the Human Resources Division, about how ALS promotes a learning environment and open discussion at the Kisling NCOA on Kapaun Air Station, Germany, Feb. 16, 2018. On average, 595 students complete ALS on Vogelweh Military Complex every year.
