786th Civil Engineer Squadron Airmen stand at parade rest during a memorial service for the River Rats Memorial monument on Ramstein Air Base, Germany, Feb. 17, 2017. The Red River Rats Fighter Pilots Association, which was formed during the Vietnam War, established the monument at Ramstein in 1976 to commemorate Airmen who never returned from Vietnam. The 786th CES recently repaired the monument, which had fallen into disrepair over the years. (U.S. Air Force photo by Airman 1st Class Joshua Magbanua)
