435 AGOW in a snapshot
This graphic provides a reference point for the 435th Air Ground Operations Wing’s mission. The 435th AGOW projects airpower through U.S. Air Forces in Europe - Air Forces Africa’s area of responsibility by building expeditionary airfields on command, providing joint airpower integration, ensuring resilient command and control, enabling multi-theater sustainment and support, providing communications capabilities through all types of weather, and building relationships with partners and Allies. Warfighters within the wing, comprised of three groups and 11 squadrons, use innovation and a combat mentality to rapidly disperse assets and generate airpower anytime, anywhere.
