Very hazardous roads. Exercise extreme caution. Possible snow of more than 4 inches, sheets of ice, drifting snow, low visibility. Do not plan on running errands. Limit your driving to only essential trips to and from work. Expect late reporting or early release of base services and probably closure of all but mission essential activities.
