    An Airman assigned to Ramstein died in his private quarters in the Community of Otterberg following a fire which broke out in the kitchen, expanded to the entire apartment and set the roof ablaze early August 5. The Airman has been identified as A1C Robert J. Hernandez from El Paso, Texas. The
