    A suspicious package was placed outside of the West Gate today at 3:00 a.m. by an individual identified as a 32-year old male from Ludwigshafen.As a precautionary measure, the individual was apprehended by 86th Airlift Wing Security Forces, and German Polizei subsequently took him into custody.
