The furnishings management program supports the Air Force’s commitment to quality living conditions for all personnel. The program includes furniture and appliance management for UH, FH, GOQ and other authorized facilities.

• Provide furniture for eligible personnel assigned to or supported by the installation in CONUS and OCONUS location

FMS supports all eligible service members and Civilians with furniture to help the service member PCS in and out as smooth as possible. We provide temporary furniture for up to 90 days or until your Household goods shipment arrives and durational items that you get to keep for your full tour here assigned to the KMC.

As soon as a service member is moving out of TLA into their new home, we will support them with furniture.

All the service member has to do is get in touch with us and fulfill the actions required to complete an account with our section. Get in touch with us either via walk in, phone or email.

Our Customer Service Assistants will handle your case and be there for you with any questions you might have.

Service Member:

• has to view and complete the housing briefing
• has to bring a copy of rental agreement/purchase contract/housing assignment and a copy of orders (via email or walk in)
• Fill in all required forms (Delivery – Pickup request, Statement of understanding, policy briefing and payroll deduction)
• We will then delivery to the earliest day we have open on schedule

• FMS will deliver requested items to address provided by the housing office.
• Appliance Shop will hook up appliances same day as delivery
• If any issues in general call or email Customer Service (see contact information)
• If any issues with appliances call appliance shop (DSN 489-6622/6624 or COMM 0631-536-6622/6624)
• To schedule a pickup for the 90 day Loaner kit, call or email Customer service
• To schedule a complete pickup (CPU) please send email with orders attached to org. box. (SSN can be blacked out) also you can already request a date you would prefer.
• To be signed off in vMPF please call Customer Service one day after the CPU
• If you need to cleared on paper, walk in to our office hours one day after your CPU
