Powerlifting racks up at Ramstein

The Ramstein Bar Benders, Ramstein Air Base’s first powerlifting team, met at the North Side Fitness Center August 5, 2026, on Ramstein Air Base, Germany, to lift with each other and embody the Department of the Air Force’s Culture of Fitness.
