Ramstein AB hosts the Great American Spit Out 5k

Kaiserslaturn Military Community displays medals and mugs for participants of the Great American Spit Out 5K at Ramstein Air Base, Germany, May 16, 2026. The runners of the Great American Spit Out 5K were all awarded certificates of completion and a mug. Within each of the age groups that participated, one member received a medal for their respective category, showcasing recognition for peak fitness and health.
