Retired U.S. Air Force Col. Kenneth Cordier, a former Vietnam prisoner of war (1965-1973), provides opening remarks at a 24-hour prisoner of war/missing in action remembrance log carry, ruck and run at Ramstein Air Base, Germany, Sept. 15, 2022.
