U.S. Air Force Senior Airman James Frick, 786th Civil Engineer Squadron, is in charge of the Facility Leadership and Excellence team at Ramstein Air Base, Germany, Nov. 4, 2021. Frick saw the opportunity to take over as lead of the FLEX program and re-centered the focus to be on new Airmen through hosting leadership classes, immersions on base, and mentoring sessions to give back and invest in the future of the Air Force.
