Clayton Petrie, 700th Contracting Squadron contract specialist, fulfills a purchase order request during Operation Open Horizon at the 435th Construction Training Squadron training compound on Ramstein Air Base, Germany, Nov. 5, 2020. Exercise injects demanding base supplies while internet and network capabilities were down, required contracting Airmen to execute purchasing requirements with limited resources.
