Agile Wolf 20-04: 435 CRG practices sling load operations

U.S. Airmen assigned to units within the 435th Contingency Response Group sprint away from a CH-47 Chinook helicopter after sling loading cargo at Ramstein Air Base, Germany, May 27, 2020. The training provided the 435th CRG an opportunity to familiarize themselves with operations they may conduct in a contingency environment. The 435th CRG worked with the U.S. Army 1-214th General Support Aviation Battalion, Wiesbaden, Germany, to provide the joint training as part of Agile Wolf 20-04. Agile Wolf 20-04 is an exercise designed to sharpen the 435th CRG’s tactics, techniques and procedures for establishing expeditionary airfields on demand. (U.S. Air Force photo by Staff Sgt.
