Life-saving skills: 86 MDG offers CPR, AED certs

U.S. Air Force Airman 1st Class Jessica Paredes, 786th Force Support Squadron fitness center apprentice, prepares to administer a simulated automated external defibrillator shock to a mannequin during an adult cardiopulmonary resuscitation and AED class Ramstein Air Base, Germany, Feb. 4, 2020. Students learned how to use an AED to deliver electric shock to the heart. The shock can help restore normal heart rhythm to victims of cardiac arrest.
