Ramstein recognizes civilians’ service to the military
Recipients of the Civilian Length of Service award stand with U.S. Air Force Col. Joesph Wenckus, 86th Airlift Wing vice commander, for a group photo on Ramstein Air Base, Germany, Nov. 20, 2015.
