Local National construction workers place concrete at the bottom door guide tracks for the main doors on the C-130J duel bay aircraft maintenance hangar, Aug. 21, 2008, Ramstein Air Base, Germany. The C130J duel bay hangar is scheduled for completion February 2009. The project is now 60 percent complete and progressing as scheduled.
