Aeromedical evacuation training

Flight nurses and medical technicians load 1,500 pounds of medical equipment and training mannequins into a C-130 at Ramstein Air Base shortly before takeoff on a weekly recurring training sortie for personnel assigned to the 86th Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron.
