Aeromedical evacuation training
Maj. LaRhonda Gray (right) and Lt. Col. Grinstaff, flight nurses, assist in an engines-running-off load of 1,500 pounds of medical equipment and training mannequins at Ramstein Air Base following a three-hour aeromedical evacuation training sortie. The flight-qualified healthcare providers, assigned to the 86th Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron, fly weekly with the 37th and 38th Airlift Squadron's C-130 fleet to remain proficient in their skills.
