Construction for the new Joint Mobility Processing Center is underway on Ramstein Air Base, Germany, July 29, 2009. The 435th Air Ground Operations Wing (formerly the 435th Air Base Wing) received an Air Force Outstanding Unit Award for their mission efforts, among which included operating the U.S. European Command’s JMPC, and the movement of more than 5,600 personnel and 3,600 tons of short cargo.
