Celebrity Chef Emeril Lagasse's new cookbook is displayed on it's release day at the Kaiserslautern Military Community Center, Ramstein Air Base, Germany, May 29, 2010. Emeril Lagasse visited the KMCC to promote his new book along with providing a book signing and a full production cooking exhibition copies of his new book and performing an hour long cooking demonstration for over a thousand visitors.
