Immersion
Lt. Gen. Craig Franklin, 3rd Air Force commander and his wife Julie Franklin are briefed on the operations of the 37th Airlift Squadron by Col. William Ward, 86th Operations Group commander, on Ramstein Air Base, Germany, April 11, 2012. The visit gave Franklin the opportunity to see firsthand the various capabilities of the 86th AW.
