Ramstein Air Base, Germany -- Airmen from the 10th Expeditionary Aeromedical Evacuation Flight conduct regular missions to help save deployed injured service members. The 10th EAEF is a mixture of active-duty, Air National Guard and Air Force Reserve Airmen deployed to Ramstein. During 2015, the 10th EAEF helped save more than 2,700 patients.
