RAMSTEIN AIR BASE, Germany -- U.S. Air Force Brig. Gen. Otis C. Jones, 86th Airlift Wing commander, gives opening remarks before signing a proclamation for Fire Prevention Week at Ramstein Air Base, Germany, Oct. 6, 2022.
