Advance ticket sale for 22nd NATO-Music Festival to start early December Published Nov. 23, 2010 Headquarters Allied Air Command Ramstein and City of Kaiserslautern RAMSTEIN AIR BASE, Germany -- The city of Kaiserslautern launches the advance sale of tickets for the 22nd NATO Music Festival early in December 2010. The open-air event will take place - as usual - in the Fritz Walter stadium on the Betzenberg hill at Kaiserslautern June 11, 2011. Though the exact list of military bands is not finalized, the program suggests an interesting international participation. Military bands from various NATO nations including the U.S. Air Forces in Europe Band, the Bundeswehr's Baltic Sea Navy Band and an ensemble from Luxembourg will once again thrill the audience with an exclusive program. As a particular highlight, Joy Fleming, a German singer famous for her fantastic voice and her great musical repertoire, is going to perform during the festival.
