RAMSTEIN AIR BASE, Germany -- Civilian volunteers from Operation Allies Welcome were recognized at Ramstein Air Base, Germany, April 5, 2022. The volunteers were presented with letters of appreciation and a commander’s coin for their outstanding efforts during OAW.
