RAMSTEIN AIR BASE, Germany -- Service members of the 786th Civil Engineer squadron explosive ordnance disposal flight participated in the EOD 136 Memorial Workout at Ramstein Air Base, Germany, Nov. 5, 2019.The workout honors the memory of the 136 Department of Defense EOD technicians that have lost their lives in the line of duty since 9/11.
