“Important information for Attendees”

There has been a recent trend of missing, incomplete, or inaccurate GTC info for attendees which has resulted in delays on arrival day. UTR’s should ensure accurate GTC information while submitting nominations.
Tired of lugging your Deployment gear around? We can store your luggage and professional gear at our facility so you don’t have to worry about it. Pack a 72-96hr bag with civilian clothes and toiletries for your time at the DTC and leave the rest to us.
Note for commercial travel please be sure all checked baggage is within the weight requirements of no more than 70lbs per item.
