RAB Airmen conduct wet-wing defuel operations
A U.S. Air Force Airman assigned to the 86th Airlift Squadron, center, relays defueling information to the pilots during a wet-wing defuel operation at Ramstein Air Base, Germany, April 3, 2023. A wet-wing defuel differs from other defuels because the aircraft engines are left running during the transfer of fuel from the aircraft to an R-11 aircraft refuel truck.
