Dwight, a facility manager, accepted the award on behalf of the 435th Contingency Response Group for having the best looking tenant unit facilities. The 86th AW commander selected Installation Excellence Day winners from a list of finalists demonstrating the highest standards of facility appearance, maintenance and esprit de corps.
