Life-saving skills: 86 MDG offers CPR, AED certs

U.S. Air Force Airman 1st Class Bailey Brunk, 21st Operational Weather Squadron forecaster, practices applying automated external defibrillator pads during an adult cardiopulmonary resuscitation and AED class at Ramstein Air Base, Germany, Feb. 4, 2020. In 2019, the 86th Medical Group certified approximately 1500 students through the American Red Cross for CPR. Active-duty service members with duty requirements and personnel seeking to become physical training leaders may sign up for classes. Students take life-saving techniques to their workplaces, allowing Airmen to continue physical training and daily missions in a safer environment.
