The construction of the new traffic circle at the Maxwell and Mitchell Ave. intersection is complete, Ramstein Air Base, Germany, March 30, 2012. Prior to this construction measure, traffic was controlled by 4-was stop signs, which led to slower traffic. With the new circle, traffic is expected to flow at a faster pace.
