The name of the new street on Ramstein Air Base was unveiled during a street-naming ceremony June 2, 2014. The street was named Skytrain Lane after the namesake of the 37th Airlift Squadron’s heritage transport aircraft, the C-47, which was used during the D-Day invasion of Normandy, France.
