BALAD AIR BASE, Iraq -- Amil, the mother of 3-year-old Iraqi burn victim Al Amreeki, sees her country from the air for the first time through the window of a C-17 Globemaster III during a flight to the United States March 21. Al Amreeki was only given 48 hours to live after being burned in a fire. Two months later he and his mother are being transported back to the United States for further treatment and physical therapy.
