Honoring his service
Retired Chief Master Sgt. Charles E. Milam smiles while working in his woodshop in Waldfischbach-Burgalben, Germany, May 2, 2017. During his 30 years of active-duty service, Milam was awarded the Bronze Star for his valor and meritorious service while he had administrative supervision over 11 Airmen assigned to security for the Presidential Advisor on Vietnam Affairs.
